Creative Design Force will provide a written quote, if requested, based

on in depth discussions with a potential Client. It will be determined

what particular "Marketing Package" from a choice of three, the

customer wishes to contract for service. The three "Marketing Packages" are as follows:

Web Site Developement

Product Design

Marketing Management

The quote will be divided into two separate ( 2 ) sections. The first or

"Client Section" will itemize what Creative Design Force will receive

from the customer in terms of images, text copy writing and color &

material swatches, existing catalogs and any marketing material.

The second section will line itemize the services to be supplied by

Creative Design Force Inc.

agreement - marketing services

The formal quote will state a price which is inclusive for all of the

marketing services contracted for. All available services will be

itemized and listed for acceptance or non acceptance. When the

quote is accepted, a written contract will be issued which will state

what has been contracted for, the prices for the selected service(s)

and an estimated date for completion based on previous discussions

between Client and Creative Design Force.

agreement - web site development

The agreement (verbal or written) made with clients of Creative Design

Force Inc. implies that a contract for services, which includes web site

design, production, domain registration/transfer and hosting, is supplied

at a price issued verbally but usually by written quote. It is understood

the contract will be for a five (5) year period. The first year cost will also

include 12 months of web site hosting and maintenance. The cost for the remaining years will be for a hosting and maintenance charge only which

will be invoiced annually at a cost of $325.00

Note:

If a client decides to move the hosting of his domain (web site) to another internet hosting company before the five (5) year period, there will be an

early transfer charge of $500.00. This charge must be paid in full before

the domain can be transferred.

If a client decides to add pages at a later date to their web site, a

separate quote will be presented. The invoice issued for these new

services will be due upon the revised web site being re-published to the internet. The addition of new pages and content is a separate charge and

does not effect the basic annual hosting & maintenance charge.
